I agree with all of you. Just like katkip said.

katkip :My husband says it best. Gaming companies have made it so that the most beautiful, largest-breasted and LEAST CLAD females will always be A) the hero, B) the most useful, and C) the ones who have the most protection. (His quote? “The less they wear, the more defense they have! The SAFER they are!)blockquote>

I mean seriously WTF is up with that? What? Large breasts are good protection against attacks? Well, I'll be damned.

Who the hell thought up this idea of being to move around the character's breasts? That's just disgusting, next they might as well as make a character who breast-slaps enemies.

This whole concept is just really sick.

You have some points that are somewhat true but your general style of writing hurts my eyes. Also less 4chan, 7chan or whatever, just less of it. Try and write in a more civil matter, it would make it a hell of a lot better read.

I think you should ask your users through a usertest and ask them what they're using on the website like the calender and such. So that you get an idea of what apps and widgets that you can cut away.

You should also create a color palette so gets some more life instead of just looking boring like a man in a suit that goes to work every day without changing a bit. Make use of a signal color that leads the eyes of the user.

Create a nice atmosphere on the website, so the user knows what to expect from the design. The design is what sells a website and the product. Take a look at a great example: http://yipori.blogspot.com/ he uses his creations as backgrounds on his blog so his visitors knows what to expect from the blog already when the click in on the blog.

Also change the use of Leet and internet memes on the website to make it more professional. Tell me off if you want to keep it though.

I hope that you can use these advices :)

Regards

saw the trailer, but it was totally unrealistic, i didnt see a single red ring.

jokes aside (hilarious as they may be..! no?) i think these 'body controllers' like Wii and Eyetoy, always seem to be pretty casual, leaving too much to the controller system.

I mean, who would pay for a game like 'link crossbow training(or whatever the fuck the name was)' if it wasn't on a wii?

I'm for controllers, but i can see how these sensor things can be a nice change. But starting to make whole consoles for it?! It's gaming devolving. And dont think the wii would have sol so well, if it wasnt so cheap, and by far the most owners aren't really enthusiastic gamers

Definitely an interesting idea, but I really get the feel of it's Microsoft's way of jumping the shark.

Um. Well, interesting indeed...
Since the poster of said article claimed to be founder of Kipz and thus, claimed to be ME or Nicki, I'd just like to say: I didn't write this article, nor the offending one. Since Nicki says he has nothing to do with it, I'm pretty much the only founder of Kipz to be pointed at as a possible offender, so I'd just like to stand up for myself here.

I have nothing against J-popcon, J-popkai or DK Neko. I attend J-popcon when I can, but I have nothing to do with either group otherwise.
I am the owner of this page in the sense that I paid for the domain and hosting, but trust me when I say that I do not "play" with personal attacks myself. It gets too messy, and whoever does it, does it under full awareness that I want NOTHING to do with it - so whoever got themselves into this mess, have to deal with it themselves. I do not want to be blamed for the article, and I do not want to be accused of writing it.

But then again, it's pretty obvious that I didn't write it. I do not participate on DK Neko or any other Danish anime/manga forum, and I'm not a member of the team that arranges J-popcon.
But I'd still like to apologize to anyone who may or may not be angry with me over this - I own the page, so I carry the main responsibility of deleting something that's "over the line". I end up with the trash at the end of the road, even if there's no way for me to control what people write. Especially not as most members have the option to lock their entries so no one else can mess with it.

I won't point fingers. But whoever wrote this will not get any help to deal with this from me. I want nothing ot do with this, other than to apologize to the offended party here.

This is a reminder to members of the syndicate to keep their shit in check. I don't want to end up with the trash here. So get it together.

From a gamers perspective- My husband says it best. Gaming companies have made it so that the most beautiful, largest-breasted and LEAST CLAD females will always be A) the hero, B) the most useful, and C) the ones who have the most protection. (His quote? "The less they wear, the more defense they have! The SAFER they are!)

It's a sick, sad running joke in our household.

From a non-gamer perspective- having only the option to play males growing up (Mind ya'll, I'm the old lady in the bunch, here!) I never had a desire to play video games.

And throbbing penises, and bouncy bobs and sexuality? Please. The biggest thrill we got from ANY Game was when the beautiful (PIXELATED!) princess told the knight that she loved him.

Whoopie. Shit.

Jesus I sound old.

But in regards to the article; it's already been said properly. Games are over sexualised to begin with. And while the concept of being able to move around the female characters tits is... sickly amusing... Can I do it with the fat guy's tits, too!?

Oh wait; there ARE No fat men. There are no fat women.

No wonder we'e having so much trouble with how we think, these days! You must be buff and pumped for women to like you! You must be stick thin with enormus tits for men to like you!

Ugh. It only reminds me further as to why I don't enjoy playing games to start with. -_-

And just for refference, those tits would have been in the way for any ninja. SHIT- mine are in the way for ME and I'm just a mom!

I agree with bukip; The Gaming industry has failed.
